Cravings can make us feel out of control if we let them. The key is in listening to them and understanding what they are. If we start looking at cravings as signals from our bodies, we can begin to understand where they’re coming from and how to take control. Cravings are nothing more than your body talking to you. It just takes practice to learn how to listen.
