How to Cook: Pan-seared Salmon

  • salmon filet(s)
  • 1-2 tbsp avocado oil
  • lemon
  • salt
  • pepper

Directions:

Squeeze lemon over salmon filet and sprinkle salt and pepper on both sides. In a skillet, heat avocado oil over medium heat and swirl to coat the pan. When the pan is heated, add salmon. Cook 3-4 minutes, then flip. Cook 3-4 minutes more. The fish will be slightly golden and firm to the touch.
