How to Cook: Blanched Broccoli

Ingredients:

  • broccoli, cut into florets
  • water
  • sea salt

Directions:

Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add broccoli florets and boil 1-2 minutes. Drain through a colander and rinse immediately with cold water to stop from cooking. Squeeze a little fresh lemon juice over and season with salt and pepper.
